“His shoulders are rounded from much study, and his face protrudes forward, and is for ever slowly oscillating from side to side in a curiously reptilian fashion”
This right here is an example of why I love Sherlock. They made so sure to stay true to Arthur Conan Doyle’s vision of his characters while still managing to give a fresh take on the old stories.
H O W ?!
Holy shit
I keep trying to think of a good comment for this but I’m speechless, really.
My god.
I feel bad, because as impressed as I am, all I could think was:
Glass armonica. Glass. Armonica. This would sound so good on a glass armonica. It’s a shame they’re so rare. And expensive.

A guy saves a baby hummingbird after it was attacked and……
I am sobbing. Actual tears are coming from my eyes.
Just, the effort he made is astounding: to actually raise this little one properly, to make sure it could survive on its own, and then to release it into the wild to live its own life. That. Is. Love.

Gay or not, Shatner will always be fabulous.

Just thought I’d take a minute to post about this pretty neat little deal with good intentions behind it! Came accross this today and is aimed at gamers in particular. Basically you can purchase four of these video games for any amount you want (Wanna pay $1? Go for it!) but if you’re feeling more charitable you can pay for these video games at a higher price and get a 5th soundtrack as well.
The included games are:
- Limbo
- Amnesia: The Dark Descent
- Sword and Sorcery
- Psychonauts
- Bastion (if you pay over the average of $7)
- All of the games soundtracks (MP3/Flac format)Not only that but YOU get to decide how much of your donated money goes towards the developers and the two charities. You can even decide how much of the money goes to each developer and each charity involved! Pretty awesome stuff.
I really hope they do more stuff like this, I like getting involved with well thought out and creative methods of collecting for a good cause, especially if I have control over where my money goes. You can find the link below:
The Humble Indie Bundle
Thanks to @nexp for sharing on the forums!
Sorry I forgot to post on this earlier guys! I’ve been so busy playing it that I forgot to tell y’all about it. All of the games are pretty awesome though, it’s totally worth the…. however much you pay for it.
Do it. Do it now. It’s better than a great deal and it’s for CHARITY. I don’t know how you can excuse not doing it.
DAT PATTERN
Oh god, I need to learn how to knit patterns. I would love this sweater, but I’m so picky with wool, that I’d have to pick the yarn myself, and ungh. I want this. So. Badly.

I now have Karkat’s crabtop. I am not sure if I should be ashamed or proud of myself.
When I got down to Snape, I snorted and inhaled a few sunflower seed shells.
I’m still trying to figure out who the man next to Neville is supposed to be. If I had to guess based on placement near other professors and missing characters, I’d say Professor Flitwick, but…… he doesn’t look like tiny man to me. D: WHO ARE YOU?

wut
I need this. I am certain.
Girls have size’s 0-16 (for most stores), and guys don’t have this form of sizing, just the size of their waists.
First of all, it’d be easier to purchase jeans from different stores. A US size 2 at one store may not be the same as a US size 2 from another store. However, if you measure at 26 inches at the waist at one store, you’ll most likely still be 26 inches at another store.
Secondly, stores wouldn’t have to change their standard of sizings. A size 2 now was a size 8 at some point in history. Again, 26 inches is still 26 inches.I also think removing the current standard of sizing for girls (sizing 0-16) would be better psychologically for girls.
THANK YOU. I mean, I feel like total shit going into a store and having to buy a size 10 and a 4 in the next store.
GOD I WISH THIS WOULD FUCKIN’ HAPPEN.
SHOP AT THE GAP. I recently discovered that the Gap does this. It is awesome.
